I was referred to your shop to have my front bumper repaired. I just wanted to share my pleasure with the whole experience. I appreciated the loaner car you provided for two days while the repair work was under way and very pleased when I inspected my bumper. It looks like new! Also, you went the extra mile and cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle. This extra touch pays big dividends in customer satisfaction!
